Fabio is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and was called to the bar in February 1998.  His area of practice is civil litigation with a focus on the construction, building, development and real estate sectors.  His clients include subcontractors, general contractors, and owners in all types of projects and disputes.  Fabio also handles a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including but not limited to, business disputes, contracts, real property, certificates of pending litigation, matrimonial (financial issues) as well as various other areas of practice.  He appears regularly before the Superior Court of Ontario and also has experience before the Divisional Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, various tribunals as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (mediations and arbitrations).
